- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 16, 2020, by Andrew ArcheyThe second I crossed the threshold into the store, I was greeted in a friendly manner by a staff member who was willing and able to answer any and all of my questions regarding the purchase of a new phone and registration for a new plan. The staff member was courteous and forthright with information throughout the whole process. I suspect that either a manager or staff member(s) took the negative reviews to heart, and instituted changes to improve their customer service.
