The owner is vague, rude, untrustworthy, and often passive aggressive. Look elsewhere in town if you want any type of feedback, firm ideas, and expect to know what's going on at all with your jewelry (especially when the finished job is 3.5 MONTHS overdue). Try Gold Casters or Argentum for a better product, customer service, and business in general. It's just too much of a headache to work with SA Designs.
