- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 31, 2020, by Todd JohnsonBe very careful using this business. The quality of work with respect to sanding and finishing I have found to be unacceptable. There are sanding marks all over my floors. The staining is so inconsistent it looks like in some areas they spilled and barely wiped up and in others like they barely stained. This company took 8 days longer than anticipated and only put one uneven coat of hardener on when I was told they would put 2 coats. My floors are literally ruined due to this contractor. It makes me sick knowing I chose them, paid a fair price ($~4K) and am left with a floor that I need to replace. Please use caution when dealing with Natural Wood Floor out of Bloomington.
